Mustard Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apricot preserves

Grill vegetables about 10 minutes or until tender, turning once.
  4. Carve steak into 1/4 inch thick slices. Season steak and vegetables with salt and pepper.
